Mr. Meaty is a Buzz Saw-wielding maniac who was once a world champion body builder, until the death of his wife caused him to become schizophrenic and began committing an onslaught on the city of Detroit. He wears a paper bag with a silly smiley face drawn onto it as a symbol for his crazy mind and behaviors.

Mr. Meaty got his name from his local butcher, which he visited frequently before he lost his mind. His Buzz Saw, which he calls his 'best friend', was custom made in his garage fitted with an industrial battery and enhanced saw teeth.
